After a successful string of US concerts last year, GOBLIN ,known for their soundtracks to Dario Argento’s Profondo Rosso (1975) and Suspiria (1977) will be blasting out their Horror Prog Rock throughout the UK across four concerts next month: 23rd Feb: Electric Ballroom,Camden / 24th Feb: Concorde 2, Brighton / 25th Feb: The Fleece, Bristol & 26th Feb :Gorila ,Manchester.

They were initially named Cherry Five and were influenced by Genesis and King Crimson. The band was then called in as a replacement for composer Giorgio Gaslini, who had left the film Profondo Rosso after a conflict with director Dario Argento.They changed their name to Goblin and rewrote most of the score, including the famous main theme. gob2
